PERFECT
LOVE

A Perfect Love is a charity foundation founded and established by Steven Shen, Chairman of China-US Business Summit, and supported by donations from some core members of China-US Business Summit.

 

A Perfect Love completed its registration procedures in California on February 1st, 2019. The English name of the organization is "A Perfect Love", while the Chinese translation of its name is "中美慈爱基金会".

 

After that, Steven Shen successfully obtained approval from the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board of California, authorizing A Perfect Love as a legal 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization in the United States.

 

The purpose of A Perfect Love is to provide financial support to American families with financial difficulties after adopting Chinese children with special needs. This foundation is also the first charity organization in the world with this specific purpose.

 

Another project of A Perfect Love is to provide international support for the treatment and education of children with cerebral palsy and autism in Suzhou Bo'ai School, an organization with 21 years of history located in Suzhou Industrial Park. The two projects have separate banking accounts for their respective operations.

 

The Chair of A Perfect Love is Steven Shen, and the Vice Chair is Ms. Bing Liang.

 

The foundation has an advisory committee whose members are all philanthropists with practical experience in foundation operations in both China and the United States.

 

The slogan of the foundation is "Love Transcends Borders, Love Creates Life."

 

The foundation currently has two departments: one department in China, responsible for related work in China, and one department in the U.S., responsible for related work in the United States.
